 Marcella Pan

Marcella is a French girl who likes to show her diaper underneath her skirt. She's had quite a history of entering and losing tournaments.

She is known for participating in the Combat Kids and Infight Kids tournaments and showing off her diapers. Marcella loves to use balloons as weapons. She can shape shift her diaper after Carmen accidentally spilled a cup of tea on her skirt, and Madison made an adjustment to her diaper.

After a super villain admitted defeat, he started giving out balloons. Marcella used balloons as a weapon.

Adeline Franklin

Adeline likes to listen to Gospel music. Once Marcella started to hang with the Diaper Enforcers, she became friends with Adeline. She is the younger sister of Carmen.

Yasuko Matsushima

 

Yasuko was heavily trained by experts at sumo wrestling. She dreams of crushing the competition with her strength. Yasuko loves to see other girls' underwear and her family takes pictures of them.

Lagina Fashingbauer

 

Upon hearing about how much prize money the Diaper Enforcers tournament rewards, Lagina decided to participate. She found out it was okay for her to wear her devil horns. Lagina treats all of her opponents equally.

Titania

 

She wears BDSM straps along with her Titanium Diapers, and takes her entrance attire off at the start of each match.

 

 

Madison

Madison is Marcella's rival who can morph into other people after training at the Divine Fish Laboratory. Among Madison's hobbies is stealing girls' underwear. One time, Madison made Marcella unconscious and stole one of her diapers.

 

Ina Elizabeth

 

Ina was once an orphan searching for a home to reside. During her orphanage, Ina enjoyed reading story books. A few years later, a family finally adopted her, and so she was given the surname Elizabeth. Ina idolizes Candra, and wishes to have a D-Blaster just like hers.

Candra Minsky

 

Candra is a young, courageous, acrobatic and fun loving girl whose favorite snacks are funnel cakes. Candra dresses up in a way that makes some boys and other girls envy her appearance. She was one of the very first people to receive a weapon called the ''D-Blaster''.

Florinda Van Jansen

Florinda enjoys flowers and is friendly towards other people. Her favorite sport is Baseball, where she is good at pitching.

Mora Sakaguchi

Mora was once separated from a family she used to live with, until she was allowed to live with Frida.

Frida Sakaguchi

 

Frida is a girl who's permanently under the effects of a fire flower, meaning she can throw fireballs from her hands. Her neighbor, Jack Tomcot frequently flips her skirt. As Tomcot started filliping other girls' skirts in front of Frida, she wanted in on the action. Frida is the mascot of Stupid Pervert.

 

Maddaneen

 

Maddaneen is a docile, perverted witch who can cast spells, either by winking or waving one of her hands. She tends to manipulate people's attire so she can infiltrate them. In dire situations, she transforms into a ferocious caterpillar beast.

Nicknamed "Edna" by fans.

 

Nelly Jay Elizabeth

 

Ina's younger adopted sister leaves her diaper showing, because she thinks it makes it easier to pull down her diaper whenever she needs to use the bathroom. She frequently plays with her diaper.

Gay/Gaynell I. Jeremy

 

Named by her mother Cassandra, Gay sometimes likes to follow Candra and Yonita. She eats Nabeyaki-Udon on New Year's Eve. Gay has many different nicknames, such as Gal, Jerry, and ''Nelly's Best Friend''.

 

Sofia Matsushima 

 

Sofia likes to watch her sister, Yasuko sumo wrestle.

Sparkola

 

Sparkola is a specimen of a line of humanoid robots called "Lesloli". She became friends with Marcella, and even lives on the same island as her.

Takara Nakayama

 

Takara has a crush on Zumar. She wears underwear that can talk, which is a source of her energy. She can move very fast when airborne. Takara actually lets Zumar take a bath with her. She becomes rivals with Fiosso when it comes to rare items as she gets jealous of him. She likes to take a bath every 16 hours.

She uses dialects and isn't too fluent in English. Takara takes English class in school.

Her panties named Bicana can talk, and can also even blow her skirt up so that people can see her panties.

She often wipes the floor in her house by crawling with a wet cloth. This even includes cleaning her classroom. She uses a cleaning method called Zoukin Gake (雑巾掛け).

Among her Japanese habits include gifting fellow residents she visits, then bowing afterwards. Picking up a bowl and slurping are considered polite in Japan, but not most Western countries. She often covers her mouth whenever she laughs, and does the peace sign whenever she has her photos taken.

Her sister, Tamara like to take pictures of her panties while she's doing Zoukin Gake.

Idlest Hitomi

 

The Hitomi Sisters are a hybrid of a human and a doll. They like to help people together, and put on a show at playgrounds.

Purinpu Hitomi

 

Purinpu is the slightly older sister of Idlest. Both of them spend most of their free time being close to each other. They can soothe people and make them comfortable.

Maurice Hasegawa

 

Throughout her whole life, Maurice has always been getting herself constipated. Her hobbies include showing her butt and constantly sitting on the toilet for extended periods of time, without locking the door.

Spectre Ann

 

One time, this girl accidentally saw a horror movie that her parents were watching. She freaked out, and later came up with the idea of trying to scare people herself.

Belva Vita

 

Belva is a line of futuristic robot maids with the ability to withdraw gadgets from their panty pockets. They were originally used for debugging purposes. Touching their panty pockets also touches their underwear that they're wearing.

Belva Lina

Added in Revision 2.7 of Diaper Enforcers Deluxe, Lina is another Belva robot. She feels regretful of the things she does. Lina is shy, and quite polite.
