Diaper Enforcers Deluxe - Revision 4.0.4 Hotfix

Birthday Update! Here's a minor update. As with most of them, more images are added to the Upskirt TV. No changes to the gameplay were made this time.

Rev. 4.0.4 (07/08/23):

-Candra's alt palette is no longer named "Sandra" at the Vs screens.

Jadoo changes:
..Fixed the height in which Eunhui stops moving, then begins taunting Jadoo at the continue screen. I'll admit that I didn't test Jadoo at this screen.
..Eunhui now correctly faces Jadoo at the continue screen.
..Edited 2 pixels on her 1st stance sprite that didn't match her other stance sprites.

Diaper Enforcers Deluxe - Revision 4.0

 

 

Rev 4.0 (01/13/23):

-Player Nelly & Gay automatically tap their PP at the end of a round if PP Tap is set to Round End or Always.

-Renamed the game to "Diaper Enforcers Deluxe".

Candra changes:
..Changed Candra's alt palette to be based on her alt palette from Candra and the Spite Crew. Candra was by far the most difficult character to palette swap.

-The "Sandra" name for Candra's alt palette is no longer used.

-A player can now control the other Player's cursor at the Character Select Screen after choosing their Character in Versus, Practice or Dragon Fight Modes.

-Included a new Match Over jingle based on Street Fighter Alpha 1 & 2's Match Over jingle. The previous Match Over jingle can be toggled from the Interface menu.

Wagachu changes:
..Wagachu moves herself out of the way of the foreground girl in Nelly & Gay's stage.
..Sped up her walking animation.

-Chibiusa can now be hit by Ina's Fireball/Shizuka's Heart during her frontal KO state.

-Jadoo can't be outside the stage boundaries unless she's Lift KO'd in Roll's stage.

-Remapped Spectre Ann's stage selection key from T to B, so it avoids conflict with Player 2's subID switch key.

-The default Highest Revenue in Tournament Mode is $128.00.

-The Spectator Menu now resets the amount of time that was recorded in the Video Recorder Simulator.

-Yasuko winning a round against Jadoo or vice versa, and Lagina winning a round against Chibiusa or vice versa makes the announcer say the character names instead of treating those subID matchups as Mirror Matches.

Jadoo changes:
..Jadoo now has proper Twist Attack and Win Pose sprites.
..Eunhui now appears and laughs when Jadoo loses by being Front KO'd or Lift KO'd.
..Minji now appears in one of Jadoo's Win Poses.
..Jadoo's Twist Attack has much less range but does more damage.
..Dash Attack takes 2 more frames to recover.

Rev. 3.1 (12/24/22):

-Video Recorder Simulator in the Extra Spectator Options can now be toggled with either a Select key, or the Left/Right keys.

-If Belva is present, there's a higher chance of the Upskirt TV selecting a certain panty shot.

-Corrected the following layering issues:

..Roll can now have her Pink Mountain suck her clit during matches (same command as Rear Mode Activation), much like in Hyper Infight Kids! Except here, the Pink Mountain doesn't give her grab immunity, and Roll's opponent can force her into the Pink Mountain by holding the Rear Mode Activation Command as Roll lands from being hit by a Twist Attack. Roll retains her Futanari Attack from Hyper Infight Kids, but not her Cum Ball projectile.
..Roll now has a portrait of her clit being sucked by a Pink Mountain.
..If Roll is defeated with her Pink Mountain animation playing, the animation will also play at the Continue Screen.

-Yasuko, Frida and Maddaneen watch Nelly/Gay tap their PP only if they're facing each other.

Maddaneen changes:
..Fixed a bizarre error where her talking sprite in her default color's subID set of sprites (the one where she wears white panties) was not only misaligned, but had a black vertical line behind it.
..Included sprite renders that were intended for a Streets of Rage 2 ROM Hack.
..Maddnaeen now uses her kick sprites against opponents who are in Rear Mode.
..Maddaneen has a new Win Pose that replaces her Right Win Pose.

Nelly/Gay changes:
..Grapple delay is 1 frame shorter.
..CPU Nelly & Gay can now drain Lagina's HP in Tournament Mode.
..PP Tapping out of a dash freeze frames its animation for 2 more frames.
..Nelly & Gay automatically tap their PP if PP Tap during Round Start is turned on, for human players.
..Nelly & Gay are now immune to grabs during their PP Tap.
..Grab invincibility carries over from canceling their PP Tap into an attack.
..Nelly & Gay can cancel their PP Tap into dash only while their opponent is stunned, or after at least 2 consecutive taps.

-Removed a crowd clap sound clip that would play when a human-controlled player wins a round in Yasuko's stage, but was difficult to hear over another crowd noise.

-In Survival Mode, after Round 9, the announcer says "Ready" instead of "Round Extra".

-The "Random Select" text is lowered at the Character Select Screen in Survival and Roll Attack Modes.

-Jim Power Stage changes:
..Shifted Shardan's drinking sprites down 1px.

-Ctrl+D in Practice Mode can now make Roll play her Pink Mountain animation, and Belva play her Left Win Pose.

-Marcella's icon of her alt costume is now displayed at the Character Select Screen when it's selected.

-You can now perform a Twist Attack as your opponent crosses through you from getting hit by said attack.

Candra changes:
..Candra is as heavy as Frida.
..Sandra's robotic voice clips are no longer used.

-Changed "Auto Advance" option in Spectator Mode to an option to automatically Speed Up the Vs Screen.

-Added Chibiusa to the character roster (sub-character of Lagina;hold up and select Lagina)

-Shifted the "NEW RECORD!" text in Roll Attack mode downwards a few pixels to avoid obscuring Chibiusa's panties when she lands in her Left Win Pose.

Speaking of which, I couldn't come up with a better title for this type of miscellaneous records.

-Maddaneen now has her own Story Mode scenes, styled after the conversations in the Puyo Puyo games.

Maurice changes:
..Maurice's Gas Cloud doesn't push away opponents who are in Rear Mode, except for Frida and Maurice.

Lagina Stage changes:
..Updated the scientist's head on her model: Made her glasses smaller, removed her "pig tails" and lengthened the back of her hair. I wasn't really liking how she looked, and it eventually started to bother me.

-Added Wagachu, a mouse robot girl who's a rival to the Belva robots. She performs different taunts depending on how Belva is defeated.

-Added Wagachu as an Upskirt TV option.

Shizuka changes:
..Expanded Slap Hitbox downwards 1px, so it can now hit Maddaneen while she's in Rear Mode.
..Twist Attack's 3rd animation frame now hits. Before, it was impossible for Shizuka to hit the Hitomi Sisters out of their Rear Mode.
..2nd Back Throw sprite now shows her panties™.
..Back Throw launches opponents higher.
..Back Throw is 4 frames longer.

Spectre Ann changes:
..Expanded 1st Slap's Hitbox downwards 2px.

Added the ability to randomize Custom Underwear Colors with the R Key in the Underwear Customization Menu. Ctrl+R randomizes all of them.

Added more text to both the Arcade and Story Modes' Ending Credits.

Maddaneen stage changes:
..Edited a green mouth pixel in one of Claudia's sprites.

-Added Jadoo to the character roster (sub-character of Yasuko;hold up and select Yasuko)

-Gave one of Maddaneen's win quotes to Jadoo.

-Greatly reduced the likelihood of the computer winning grapples even when you enter a grapple command as soon as possible.

-Some background characters now react to a character hitting the ground from a Lift KO.

Maddaneen stage changes:
..Updated the sprites of the Bunnygirl Waitress in a blue leotard.

-Stage Thumbnails are now displayed in the Stage Filters Menu.

-Character icons can be toggled between main characters and sub characters in the Filters Menus with the Select Key.

-Made an additional Attract Mode cycle where Nelly is replaced with Gay, and Belva Vita is replaced with Belva Lina.

-The player being up against Candra in Arcade Mode no longer causes Thessaly and her speech bubble to disappear.

-Added more random quotes of Thessaly.

-Fixed Player 2 not being able to switch back from Maddaneen to Nelly or Gay in Story Mode's menu.

-Made a variant of this revision with certain assets compressed.

Belva changes:
..Increased slap startup by 1 frame.

..Increased the range on Nelly's 2nd Slap, making it closer to the range of her 1st Slap.
..Their A.I. is more serious about winning in Survival and Tournament Modes.

Maurice changes:
..Reduced Rear Mode Attack hitbox forward 2px.
..Rear Mode Attack now has a projected hurtbox.
..Heightened Rear Mode Hurtbox 2px so Adeline's 2nd Slap can hit her.

-The secret character code can be entered at the High Score Screen.

-After Pure jumps at the end of a round, she appears in front of Suwako.

-The Pink Mountain Roll on the Upskirt TV has her panties or vulvie layered over her Pink Mountain.

-The Upskirt TV Pink Mountain Roll now comes in random colors, in addition to 2 predefined color palettes.

Adeline changes:
..Shifted 2 of her alt costume's 2nd slap sprites forward to match its hitbox better.

-Added two more Pink Mountain options. One where the type of Pink Mountain that appears in each round is randomized, and another option that has both types of Pink Mountains present at the same time.

-Slightly updated Roll's Pink Mountain palette.

Lagina changes:
..Made her 2nd slap's range closer to her 1st slap.

-A Human Pink Mountain can now appear in an Upskirt TV.

-The type of Pink Mountain that appears in the Upskirt TV can be chosen with the Select Key when highlighting "Upskirt TV" in the Gallery Menu. (Pink = Tentacle, Red = Human, White = Both)

-Adjusted some of Human Pink Mountain's starting positions.

-If a player starts the a previous round as Shizuka, then switches to Ina, Doraemon should no longer appear in the very next round. It seemed to occur in Ina/Shizuka Mirror Matches, or when one player used Ina and the other player used Shizuka.

Roll changes:
..From a normal KO, Roll always goes into her Pink Mountain animation when defeated by Belva.

-Roll's voice during her Pink Mountain KO animation is turned on by default.

..Adjusted Lesloli Model H's position.

-Giant Roll's wet Striped Panties in rainy weather can now be previewed in the Gallery Menu.

-If Random Striped Panties are selected, Roll's Striped Panties now cycles colors in the Gallery Menu.

-Roll's Wet Striped Panties can be toggled by moving the cursor to Striped Panties and pressing a Select Key in the Gallery Menu.

..Corrected a few pixel inconsistencies on her 3rd Up Win Pose sprite.

-When a girl's underwear is hit by Ina's Fireball or Shizuka's Heart from their Down Win Pose on the 1st round they won, it now reflects on the Win Quote Screen even if it doesn't happen in their match-winning round.

Maddaneen changes:
..Fixed a few underwear pixels on some of her sprites: 24,36,41,57,58,59
..Updated her underwear sprite layers with the extra pixels.

..Decreased the PP Heart cooldown from 60 frames to 40 frames.

-Added a Cute Record named "Panty Shot Photos". It increments each time Leila takes a picture of a panty shot in Frida's stage.

-Spectator characters no longer appear in the Name Entry, Continue and High Score Screens.

-"1 frame" is no longer pluralized in the Practice Mode Pause Menu.

-The Practice Mode Pause Menu names the "Mode" button the "Dash" button, as with the Underwear Customization Menu.

-Shizuka's panties now jiggle when she gets hit out of a back throw, like Roll.

-Shizuka's panties jiggle from a back throw bounce, like Roll.

-Stages that force the presence of the Upskirt TV use the Personal USTV settings.

-Redefined the Parry System a bit.

Diaper Enforcers 2022 - Revision 2.1

 

 Rev. 2.1 (11/03/22):

-Players can cancel their dash recovery state into slaps against Roll.

-After Ina creams Nelly or Gay's underwear in Ina's Fireball Win Pose, the color of Nelly and Gay's PP Heart now changes to that of Ina's Custom Underwear color in the following round.

-Fixed an oversight where if the human-controlled character of Player 1's side wins a Tournament, the character would switch to their alternate palette at the Champion Screen.

-Spectator Nelly/Gay tries to set herself behind the Roll who appears in Frida's down win pose, and an Upskirt TV produced by Yasuko and Frida's up win poses.

-The human indicators are now displayed in Tournament Mode's Win Quote Screen.

-While streaming Story Mode post-release, I found out that the inclusion of the PP Heart projectiles made the fights way too easy. Gay & Nelly's PP Heart was a very late addition to the game, in fact I added it shortly before I first released this game.

-Adjusted the positioning in some parts of the timer display in Story Mode to the right.

-The Story Mode Finale is slightly shorter.

-Maddaneen's spell stars now track Nelly/Gay's location after their 1st round win.

-The big life hearts in the Story Mode Finale despawn only after they reach the left corner of the screen. Hopefully this fixes an issue where defeating the 2nd boss while it's too low would cause a Big Heart not to appear.

-PP Hearts can no longer hurt Lagina in Story Mode.

Nelly & Gay changes:
..PP Heart can now be negated by melee attacks that aren't dashes.
..Nelly and Gay now have a 1-second cooldown before another PP Heart can be produced.
..PP Hearts do slightly more damage.
..Nelly/Gay tapping her PP can damage Lagina in Tournament Mode.

-Story Mode Finale's 1st boss produces more bullets.

-The menu elements of Story Mode's continue screen can now be hidden with Player 2's select Key, O.

-Story Mode's continue screen now remembers whether or not its menu elements were hidden.

-Removed an extra health item right before the Story Mode Finale's final boss.

-Story Mode's Finale can now be accessed from the Menu after defeating Titania in Story Mode by pressing the select key (Space for Player 1 or O for Player 2), at the expense of setting a time record.

-You can now exit out of the Story Mode Finale.

-Made various other changes to Story Mode's Finale.

-Removed "Draw Game" announcer voice clip.

-The announcer says "9" instead of "Continue" at the Continue Screen (frees up a sound slot).

Maddaneen changes:
..Recolored her alt palette's hat & shoes from purple to red, and her underwear from red to blue.
..Maddaneen no longer vocalizes when she loses by time over. Upon further thought, I figured it would be too difficult to hear her over the announcer or the crowd noises in certain stages.
..Expanded Dash attack Hitbox 2px down, making it better at hitting Maurice during her Rear Mode.

-The "Mode" key is now called the "Dash" key in the Underwear Customization Menu, since the key is mostly used for dashing, and certain characters can't enter Rear Mode.

Adeline changes:
..Recolored her alt palette from a purple skirt to a blue skirt, and her shirt is now colored red.

Marcella changes:
..Edited out an outline from her lose portrait.
..Marcella reuses one of her victory lines, "Culotte" on Continue.
..Increased slap startup by 1 frame.
..Marcella now has a separate hurtbox while dashing, that makes it easier for some characters to counter it.
..Marcella has a brand new lose portrait, that shows her diaper!

-Added an extra scene to the Story Mode Ending.

Madison changes:
..Madison's Up Win Pose repeats her push voice clip instead of playing a separate voice clip.
..Expanded her standard hurtbox 2px forward.

Jim Power Stage changes:
..Rash is replaced with Lum, drawn by pixelflag. I felt that Lum would fit with the other characters better. (Of note, the Twitch streamer who inspired this stage, at one point had an emote of Rash's portrait as seen in the SNES version of Battletoads & Double Dragon)
..Changed Suwako Moriya, Background Nelly/Gay and Tentacle Pink Mountain's positions.
..Repositioned Human Pink Mountain so she doesn't obscure Shardan.

-Candra no longer laughs when you Game Over against her in Arcade Mode.

-Added Shizuka to the character roster (sub-character of Ina;hold up and select Ina)

-Added an option to show Doraemon as a spectator for Shizuka.

-A background Roll's vulvie may jiggle after a player grapples.

-Human Pink Mountain is raised slightly higher in the Jim Power stage if Doraemon is present.

-Player 2 now tries to prevent Mirror Matches of characters with Sub Characters (e.g. Nelly & Gay) in Spectator Mode, if Mirror Matches are turned off.

-Added Pure as a spectator for Roll, and also as a background character in Roll's stage. She uses sprites from a MUGEN character produced by Gladiacloud, Delusiontrim, Beximus, Shinzankuro, etc.

-Maddaneen now has her own victory theme.

Maurice changes:
..Maurice receives 2 more frames of extra hitstun.

Frida's Stage changes:
..The speakers now create sound waves.
..Lula freeze frames at the end of each round, with her ball of underwear enlarged.
..Yasuko's shirt and Maddaneen's stars can land on Lula's butt.
..Frida's fireball from her right win pose can burn Lula's underwear.
..As with Roll's stage, the sumo ring has the Blog URL to Stupid Pervert printed on it.
..Lesloli Model H is now placed at the bottom of the sumo ring.
..Added Leila, who holds a phone. She is placed where Lesloli Model H originally was. Leila takes pictures of the Upskirt TV images!

You can now click on a player Roll's panties to make them jiggle.

Roll's panty bounce from a back throw now counts towards her panty jiggle record.

-The computer goes out of their way to try and counter Roll's attacks.

-Added the option to allow duplicates of characters in Tournament Mode. If enabled, the Player Number is displayed underneath the character name at the Champion Screen.

-The speech bubble and text at the Tournament Champion are no longer displayed while the screen is fading out, should the player skip it.

-You can now press the Select Key to enter how many matches, minutes of footage, sets and tournaments to record.

-Yasuko, Frida and Maddaneen's A.I. purposely stay away from Nelly/Gay while she's tapping her PP from a distance, whenever they have a life lead over Nelly/Gay.

-Added a code that unlocks a secret character for use by the computer.

Ina changes:
..Changed one of her win quotes I felt was out of character.

-Maddaneen becomes playable in Story Mode (hold left/right) after accessing the final section of Story Mode (Yes, you read that correctly! You don't need to beat Story Mode, just access the finale).

Diaper Enforcers 2022 Revision 1.5

 

Rev. 1.5 (10/24/22):

-Fixed winning a round in Tournament Mode by Time Over still requiring the player to win 2 Rounds, even if the Rounds are Set to 1.

-The "Challenger" text above the lifebars when both Player 1 & 2 are human controlled no longer appears in Tournament Mode.

-When the interviewer asks the Tournament winner for their autograph, an autograph now actually appears.

Frida's stage changes:
..The sumo ring is now colored red.
..Corrected Suwako Moriya's position in Frida's stage.
..Suwako appears behind the Upskirt TV's.

-Added yet a few more panty shots to the Upskirt TV.

-CPU vs. CPU matches in Tournament Mode can now be sped up by pressing Z/X/K/L.

Hitomi Sisters changes:
..Edited out a single extra pixel on their hair on their talking sprite.

-Improved Tournament Mode's duplicate detection.

-Added an option to display the moves and their commands in Practice Mode's Pause Menu, in hopes of helping players familiarize themselves with the commands. The move commands can also be displayed by toggling it with Space/O while the game is paused in other modes. The keyboard keys used are drawn by hyohnoo.

-The revision number is now displayed in more menus (Extras, Spectator Filters, Tournament).

-Player 2's controls can now switch a subID in Tournament Mode's character cursor.

-Changed the "Random Characters" option to "Character Choices", where you can choose which character each player side always uses in Spectator matches.

-Yoni's settings profile turns off bosses and Spectre Ann's stage in Tournament Mode.

-Added Random Panties Color option for the Striped Panties Roll. Her panties start at a random color.

-Added an option where Roll's KO Animation has her being assaulted by a Pink Mountain.

Story Mode Progress

The Story Mode's cutscenes are almost finished! I just need to insert them into the game.

Just to let people know, the new Diaper Enforcers game is still in progress. It might be due for release sometime next month.

Officer Gay

 

Officer Gay reporting for duty! So, one time, a bunch of dogs started kidnapping cats. Gay took notice of the incident, and decided to put on her officer outfit and equip her police baton or tonfa... whatever you call it. Gay demonstrates her love for penne pasta.

The Officer Gay game's 1st boss was previously an unused boss in Candra 1. At the title screen and continue screen, Gay can customize her garments with Ctrl+C, plus one of the additional keys as follows: P, S, N. You can also click on Gay's garments.

Officer Gay had a censored version under the title "Officer Girl", which toned down the difficulty. The continue screen reused her high score screen portrait. The final boss turned male, plays the same boss theme as all the other bosses and can hurt Gay on contact only while he's airborne. A default high score name, "GAY" was changed. Officer Girl was available on Game Jolt, until I removed it on my own accord.

6 months later, I updated the game. Before, I forgot to make it so that the demo can be interrupted. There was some joystick code used in Candra 2 that I forgot to remove. Moving enemies get repelled back further when taking damage, and Jet Troopers deal less damage. I increased the time limit from 300 seconds to 1000 seconds.

Marcella and Gay came to visit each other! Marcella wanted to show her diaper, but Gay didn't pay attention to it. One day, she will!

Streets of Rage 2: Loli Eyes/Diaper Girl Derby

Loli Eyes is a Streets of Rage 2 ROM Hack that features Marcella as a playable character. She is teamed up with Candra Minsky, Chibiko, Roll and a friendly doppelganger of Arle as they take on hostile girls who want to rule the streets. The enemies are led by a corporation called Geo Tech.

 

Marcella can drop her diaper onto foes. Her offense special has her hitting enemies with her enlarged butt! Marcella's diaper can also pass gas and stink up the areas!

 

It was first uploaded to the Steam Workshop during a time when a lot of people would play ROMs that were shared there. 8 years after its original release, it was re-released on Romhacking.net under the name "Streets of Rage 2: Diaper Girl Derby" as a tie-in to the DGD series.

3 months later, the ROM Hack saw an update that buffs the heroines, reduces some of the enemies' HP and makes most enemies playable. One of the girls is also replaced with a brand new character created for the update.
