Changes from Diaper Enforcers

 Changes shared with Roll Edition:
-Added auto start option, as in Yoni's games newly produced in 2018 onward.
-The Yoni logo sequence, title screen and "copyright" info have been updated to the one used since 2021.
-Roll's hurt sprite where her panties are moving downwards has been added.
-"Expert Mode" is always turned on in Arcade Mode.
-The characters used to place the default high scores are randomized.
-The inclusion of Secret Characters in Spectator Mode is turned on by default.
-A star indicating that everything has been unlocked is removed.
-Roll's upwards hurt sprite has been updated to resemble how it looks in Roll's Panty Adventure and Roll Mini Wars.
-Candra's in-game sprites and portraits have been updated to use her new head design.
-When Roll bounces after being thrown, she slows down horizontally.
-The panties produced by the floating Roll can now land on the Roll wearing striped panties.
-The Upskirt TV chooses from more anime panty shots.
-Marcella, Adeline, Yasuko and Lagina's surnames are now displayed at the Dossiers screen.
-Roll's panties jiggle when she bounces after being back thrown.
-Roll lifts her victim 16 pixels higher.
-Roll's dash hitbox reduced forward by 1 pixel.
-Roll's lift shifts the victim 8 pixels away from her.
-Candra's intro and epilogue in Arcade Mode are skipped.
-Ina's win quote against Yasuko is removed and one of her other win quotes is changed.
-Changed the Secret Characters option to an option to Skip the Vs Screen in Spectator Mode, in case the Vs Screen crashes on PC's running Windows 8/8.1.
-Roll receives 12 more frames of extra hitstun.
-The floating Roll produces panties twice as often.
-In Spectator Mode, if Auto Advance is turned on, while Random Characters are turned off, the game now goes directly to the Vs Screen instead of going back to the Character Select Screen.
-The character-specific endings have been removed.
-The sprite viewer is available right away.
-The striped panty wearing Roll's eyes are now colored blue.
-Combo display is raised higher.
-Changed Yasuko's stage music.
-Gameplay demos can last up to 5 seconds longer.
-Some interface elements are recolored.
-The Endings Option in the Gallery Menu has been replaced with the Sprite Viewer.
-Candra's alt palette is named "Sandra".
-Included Pink Mountain Mode (Ctrl+M), but unlike Roll Edition, you can change the background color like in Roll Mini Wars.

Exclusive changes:
-Edited out part of Ina's hair in her lose portrait.
-Hitbox Display can be enabled in Practice Mode with the F2 key.
-You can instantly restart a round in Practice Mode with the F3 key.
-Yasuko's stage always uses the Upskirt TV used in Roll's stage.
-Sandra (Candra's palette swap) appears in Yasuko's stage if one of the players is Candra, instead of Candra being absent from the stage.
-The Versus Jingle is 2 semitones higher in pitch and has orchestral hits added.
-Removed the Twitter contact from the Title Screen.
-Edited the crown in the High Score Screen.
-Pressing start while the High Score Screen is fading out goes to the Title Screen.
-New Music for the High Score Screen.
-Candra has her own victory theme, which is a sped up version of the Stage Clear Jingle from Candra 2.
-New Match Over Jingle.
-Character codes are no longer displayed at the Dossiers Screen.
-Sandra has a robotic voice effect.
-Added the hitspark from Streets of Rage 2. It is used by some of the characters.
-Updated the ending credits.
-The Character Select Music uses Game Maker's built-in reverb effect.
-The round announcement graphics are partially transparent.
-At the continue screen, the characters use their in-game sprites instead of their continue screen sprites, most of which have been deleted from the game's data. I know, this will probably be my most hated change for this game.
-Changed the Sexy Time option to an option to toggle the Upskirt TV. The Upskirt TV can either disappear, or show the DWA logo instead of anime panty shots. Yasuko, Roll, Nelly and Maurice's stages force the Upskirt TV to show panty shots.
-The Upskirt TV can now appear in every stage.
-New announcer voice by anqeldqisy.
-The declaration text at the end of each round is displayed at the bottom of the screen.
-Added Win Quote Screen options for Spectator Mode.
-An exit key no longer needs to be held to exit Spectator Matches and Survival Mode.
-Added an option to toggle the announcer's declarations.
-Roll's defeated icon has her in her hurt sprite.
-Added options to filter out individual characters and stages in Specator Mode.
-The Max Hit counter in Practice Mode is now prefixed with a 0 when there's less than 10 hits in the current practice session.
-A whole new set of anime panty shots for the Upskirt TV has been added!
-Widened the black box with blue outlines that's layered behind the time limit/max hits counter.
-10 new panties colors for the Roll who wears striped panties! She now defaults to the Light Pink striped panties.
-Added 2 Random Select boxes to the Character Select screen.
-Changed the Roll and Hinako option to an option to change the weather.
-Added weather effects such as rain and snow, inspired by Sonic R.
-The game now displays the bonus factors upon winning a round in Arcade Mode.
-Customize Underwear menu now displays the color choices' RGB values.
-Most of the characters are given a new default custom underwear color.
-Options that lead to their own menus are now highlighted in aqua blue.
-Added an Upskirt TV option where a Roll is used by a Pink Mountain.
-Added "female nudity" as a trait that Roll likes in her Dossiers.
-Edited Adeline, Yasuko and Titania's hurt animation each, so that their animation retracts earlier.
-New Continue Music
-The wins text is now color-coded by player side.
-Changed the Ending Credits Music.
-Centered the character at the Congratulations Screen.
-Changed one of Lagina's dislikes from perverts to lasagna.
-Changed Lagina's Win Quote against Yasuko.
-Changed the Quick Grab Sound option to Interface Options.
-Computer players' win poses can now be chosen with the opposite players' directional inputs.
-Player Rolls can now choose not to wear any panties, either by toggling them at the Interface Menu or pressing 3/4 keys (for Player 1 and 2, respectively) at the Character Select, Vs and Win Quote Screens.
-Added an option for CPU's alt color usage in Spectator Mode.
-Striped Panties Roll now appears in the Gallery Menu, so the color of her striped panties are previewed.
-A Pink Mountain Roll (besides the Upskirt TV one) can appear during matches.
-The Gallery Menu can now be accessed during Arcade Mode Sessions by holding the Select key as the game goes to the Vs Screen. (idea inspired by the 16-bit console versions of Street Fighter II)
-New Spectator Mode option where the Computer's A.I. usage can be changed.
-Added an option to toggle the music on and off.
-Characters under human control can now be registered as defeated in Arcade Mode, except for Titania, Madison and Spectre Ann.
-Fixed a bug where constantly going in and out of Rear Mode causes the opponent to go into their hurt state.
-Exiting the Dossiers Screen goes back to the Gallery Menu instead of the Title Menu.
-Added Personality Ratings for the characters at the Dossiers Screen.
-Roll has her own victory jingle, like in Marvel vs. Capcom.
-The other player could join in Survival Mode, which wasn't supposed to be possible. This has been fixed.
-Fixed the CPU's refusal to use the alt color outside Mirror Matches in Versus Mode (Yes, this issue was present in both the original Diaper Enforcers and Roll Edition).
-When Ina wins a match and does her Down Win Pose with her Fireball hitting her opponent's underwear, the effect is also reflected on the Win Quote Screen.
-The Next Opponent Screen displays the opponent character's name.
-Sandra has her own win quotes separate from Candra.
-Changed one of Candra's win quotes.
-Changed the Time Over sprite.
-Pressing Space/O while the game is paused in Practice Mode now brings up a menu where you can change Dummy Settings, like making a player make press buttons at given intervals.
-The Next Opponent Cursor now flashes the computer's player side color after choosing a character.
-Added an alternate Vs screen that shows the characters' in-game sprites instead of their portraits.
-Included a few Stage Overlays in the Interface Menu.
-Introduced Pink Mountain's Human Form, who is a blonde lady in a Pink Leotard with a dick.
-Added a menu that keeps track of numerous records, such as how many wins and losses each character has. Other records include total matches, how many times each move was used to finish a round, and various background interactions.
-The Character Select Screen plays the same music as one of the Story Mode chapters when up against Titania.
-Added a feature for Spectator Mode called Video Recorder Simulator. You can have the game simulate a key press and automatically record a set amount of matches or a set amount of match duration.
-Survival Mode's end screen goes back to the Character Select Screen instead of the Title Menu.
-Added a menu option where you can go to a webpage to check for updates.
-Most returning characters' twist attacks now play a whiff sound.

New Gameplay Modes:
-Roll Attack, where you defeat Roll as fast as you can.
-Dragon Fight, where attacks produce projectiles and you can switch characters during matches. Inspired by numerous bootleg versions of Street Fighter II': Champion Edition.
-Story, where Gay and Nelly venture their way into the DWA.

System Changes:
-You can now perform a reverse slap while the victim is tripped.
-Hitstun scales with each hit in a combo (except against Roll).
-A cornered victim pushes the attacker further during their dash attack.
-Characters receive slightly more damage if they're facing the same direction as their opponent, or if they're in Rear Mode.
-Added parries to the game, which are performed by getting hit out of the first few frames of a dash.
-An Impact Freeze Omitted Charge/Headbutt/Dash Attack can give a benefit to slaps.
-Multiplied the score yields of grappling moves from x10 to x100. In other words, grappling moves now give more points.

..Edited the release attack text.
..Appended the text that states that you can't grab or be grabbed during Rear Mode.
..A parry is demonstrated at the How to Play Screen.

Character Changes:

Debug Girl to Belva:
..Belva is heavier.
..Belva has slightly more HP.
..Belva's underwear color can be customized, unlike Debug Girl.
..Belva appears in the "Presented by" screen, while Debug Girl doesn't.
..Belva's slaps and grab release inflict 2 more frames of hitstun.
..Belva's Dash Attack/Headbutt has less range.

Marcella:
..Twist Attack now reaches low enough to hit Adeline out of Rear Mode.
..Slaps come out 1 frame faster.
..Dash attack comes out 2 frames faster.
..Marcella receives 2 more frames of extra hitstun.
..Slaps recover 1 frame slower.
..Marcella has new sprites for her Grab Release Attack, instead of recycling her Twist Attack sprites.
..New Grab Release has a slower animation but does more damage and hitstun.
..Marcella bounces slightly higher from a Back Throw.
..Marcella plays a different knockdown sound.
..Alt Color Changed
..Slaps have slightly more range.
..Increased Rear Mode Attack startup by 2 frames.

Adeline:

..Adeline is now as heavy as Lagina (and Boss Candra) (i.e. receives less grapple damage).
..Rear Mode activation is slower by 2 frames.

Titania:
..Her attacks use the same hit sounds and hit sparks as Madison and Spectre Ann.

Roll:
..Her Slaps, Twist and Dash Attack use their own hurtboxes during their animations.
..Roll goes into her sprite used for the back thrown state in grabs, like Ina does after being back thrown.
..Recolored her alt color's panties. Her hair is also blonde like her default color.
..Made slight touch ups to her alt color's win portrait.
..When Roll has less than half of her HP left, she receives twice the amount of extra hitstun.
..Slap has 2 more frames of startup.
..Slaps have less range
..Twist attack has less range
..Roll bounces higher from a back throw.
..Roll bounces higher from a juggle, making her easier to juggle, especially by characters lighter than her.
..Dash Attack inflicts less hitstun.

..One of Roll's crouch hurt sprites shows more of her panties (as seen in a Panties Sprite ROM Hack of Marvel vs. Capcom).

Shadow Marcella to Madison:
..Madison has slightly less HP.
..Madison has faster movement speed overall.
..Madison receives way less extra hitstun.
..Madison's slaps do slightly less damage.
..Madison's slaps have faster startup.
..Madison's slaps inflict less hitstun.
..Madison's twist comes out faster but has less range.
..Madison can't enter Rear Mode.
..Madison has an attack specifically for opponents who are in Rear Mode.
..Madison's headbutt reaches low enough to hit Adeline during her Rear Mode.
..Madison's slaps knock back further.
..Madison recovers much faster from a back throw.

Note: Shadow Marcella is technically Madison's transformation, as seen in her ending in the original Diaper Enforcers.

Ina:
..Increased dash movement speed.
..Right win pose animates like her Rear Mode Activation animation.
..Ina receives 2 more frames of extra hitstun.
..Dash Attack now has its own hurtbox while active.
..Rear Mode Attack now has its own hurtbox.
..Slap knocks back slightly further.
..Alt Color Changed
..1 pixel in her mouth on her 1st stance sprite is now consistent with her other stance sprites.

..New Lose Portrait
..Her opponent's Underwear hit by her projectile from her Down Win Pose retains Ina's Custom Underwear Color for the next round. This can be turned off in the Interface Options.

Candra:
..Alt Color is changed to her robot clone, Sandra who wears red, has brunette hair, purple eyes and wears a green hair bow and pair of shoes.
..Back throw animation is 2 frames longer.
..Rear Mode Attack now has its own hurtbox.
..Slaps don't shift her body forward as much.
..Slaps inflict 2 frames less hitstun.
..Slaps knock back further.
..Grab Release knocks back further.
..Candra is no longer considered a Boss Character.
..Her Boss Version attributes have been entirely removed.
..3 of Sandra's win poses play sound effects instead of vocalizing.
..Twist Attack recovers 1 frame slower.
..Sandra doesn't vocalize when she gets lift KO'd.

Replaced Debug Girl with Belva, Nirvana with the Hitomi Sisters (Idlest and Purinpu), and Josepha with Frida. Changed Shadow Marcella to Madison.

New characters added to the roster: Maddaneen, Nelly, Maurice, Spectre Ann and Gay (Hold Up when Nelly is selected to use her, and Down to switch back to Nelly)

Stage Changes:

Debug Girl/Belva's Stage:
..Removed all the previous robots.
..Added 2 Rolls, one of which has her Assist 2 palette from Marvel vs. Capcom 2, who isn't wearing any panties under most Upskirt TV settings. You can click on their vuvlies.
..Added Roboko.
..Changed the background.

Marcella's Stage:
..Added an elephant as seen in Nirvana's stage.
..An island in the background is placed lower.
..Added Giulia, one of Marcella's friends who also appears in Titania's stage.
..A balloon appears in Dragon Fight Mode.

Adeline's Stage:
..Adjusted the grass color.
..Panther plays her stance animation as seen in the Infight Kids series.
..Florinda moves further to the left at the end of each round.
..Mora uses an umbrella if it's raining.
..Added Carmen.
..Adeline no longer says "Oh no" when she loses by Time Over.

Yasuko's Stage:
..A picture of the Diaper Enforcers logo is removed.
..The blonde girl who was on the left side of the stage is replaced with Takara Nakayama (from the Funrachen comics, and the 2019 update to Hyper Infight Kids) and moved to the center to avoid obscuring part of the Upskirt TV.
..The bulletin with the Yoni Arousement logo is raised higher.
..The other two girls (the ones who aren't Sofia) were lowered.
..The background changed from some sort of stadium to a beach.
..The brunette girl who was on the left side of the stage is replaced with Frida Sakaguchi (mascot of Stupid Pervert, also appeared in the 2019 update to Hyper Infight Kids). If Frida is fighting, then Pearl Burnell takes her place.
..Adjusted the position of the pink-haired girl, Pinky Pie (?).

Lagina's Stage:
..Removed the knight on the left.
..Recolored the sumo ring's lines from red to white.
..Recolored Chelsea's Frankenstein Chair and the electric tubes, so it might look like they show some wear.
..Chelsea's legs have their skin patched in.
..Added a scientist.

Titania's Stage:
..Recolored the background.

Roll's Stage:
..The floor where Arle stands is now colored pink.
..Restored higher quality versions of some of the Upskirt TV panty shots from an earlier build of the original Diaper Enforcers.
..Raised the Stupid Pervert blog text 1 pixel higher.
..Roll's panties can land on Arle's panties.
..The Giant Roll's striped panties have a fade transition when the color of her striped panties changes.
..The Panty-Producing Roll has her panties jiggle when she produces panties.
..Players touching the Panty-Producing Roll can now make her panties jiggle.
..The panty-producing Roll's panties can now be clicked on to make them jiggle.

Shadow Marcella/Madison's Stage:
..Removed the Earl and Geme statues
..A flame as seen in Josepha's stage now appears in this stage.
..Background is mostly overhauled.

..A group of background characters appear when certain characters win a round.

Ina's Stage:
..Moved Gordon's daughter to the left so she doesn't obscure the Upskirt TV.
..Replaced the waitresses from King of Fighters '95 with the ladies of Boxer's stage from the CPS-1 Street Fighter II games.
..Added Panty Angel.
..Player 2's Electra has the hue of her attire color shifted in Mirror Matches.
..Ina no longer says "Dang it!" when she loses by Time Over.

Candra's Stage:
..Added Nevada, Yonita and Hisoka.
..One of the background layers moves slower.
..Changed the scrolling tiled background to a water background as seen in my main blog.
..Brightened the sumo ring used in Candra's stage so blonde characters' hair wouldn't camouflage with it as much, in case Ina uses her Rear Mode Attack.

There is also an extra stage based on Jim Power.
