Diaper Enforcers 2022 - Revision 2.4

Rev. 2.4 (11/07/22):

-Fixed a few layering issues, which can occur with knocked out characters:
..Leila and Lesloli Model H in Frida's stage
..Negative Nancy III in Spectre Ann's stage
..The elephant in Marcella's stage seemingly appearing behind the tree in the middle
..The Potted Plant in Maddaneen's stage
..The background characters of Madison's stage
..Suwako Moriya in the Jim Power stage

Roll's stage changes:
..Giant Roll's Striped Panties can now change its color on command, like in the original Diaper Enforcers and Roll Edition. It can also change to its new colors on command with the Numpad Keys (Num Lock must be turned on).

Frida's stage changes:
..Adjusted Lesloli Model H's position.

-Giant Roll's wet Striped Panties in rainy weather can now be previewed in the Gallery Menu.

-If Random Striped Panties are selected, Roll's Striped Panties now cycles colors in the Gallery Menu.

-Roll's Wet Striped Panties can be toggled by moving the cursor to Striped Panties and pressing a Select Key in the Gallery Menu.

-After resetting all Custom Underwear Colors to defaults, the character choice resets to Belva.

-Fixed an issue where you can't exit a match if the computer uses Candra's char ID.

Ina changes:
..Corrected a few pixel inconsistencies on her 3rd Up Win Pose sprite.

-When a girl's underwear is hit by Ina's Fireball or Shizuka's Heart from their Down Win Pose on the 1st round they won, it now reflects on the Win Quote Screen even if it doesn't happen in their match-winning round.

Maddaneen changes:
..Fixed a few underwear pixels on some of her sprites: 24,36,41,57,58,59
..Updated her underwear sprite layers with the extra pixels.

Nelly/Gay changes:
..Decreased the PP Heart cooldown from 60 frames to 40 frames.

Lagina stage changes:
..Chelsea starts in her subsequent round animation in Tournament Mode, if Rounds are set to 1.
